The franchise fee for most major U.S. and Canadian territories is currently $98k. The fee includes all the on-site training our team will provide to you on every aspect of the business, from advertising for Unit Franchisees to bidding on cleaning contracts.
To get started, you will need approximately 1,000 sq ft of office space. Optimal franchise office locations are in an office park or multi-tenant building located near a major highway. Your office will be used for meetings with prospective Unit Franchisees and daily operations (for your employees).
Note that you will be selling franchises and cleaning contracts upon opening, thereby decreasing the amount of working capital you will need.
